Found under the dash of my vehicle, but not hidden.

Just bought a used 2019 Hyundai Ioniq, and saw this under the dash when I went to fill the gas the first time. The green circle in the center is a button, but it doesn't seem to do anything, at least according to the car's HUD. It is right under the computer jack, on the driver's side.
