Trying to figure out what brand this little blue guy is

We found this plastic cap in the dishwasher. Tried to google lens it but it keeps thinking it’s a pill. Pictures of a human figure holding a stick/pole. Just trying to figure out if it’s part of a Samsung dishwasher or something else?
