Jumping seed? Found in Sweden

Found a couple of these at a beach in Sweden. Is it seed? Egg? Trash? It kept randomly jump around like this every 30 second or so.

Help me identify it, I'm super curious! Also want to know what causes this behavior.

Thanks in advance!
