Socket tool with razor I found in the ground outside my sons school. Thought it was a pencil sharpener at first. Solid metal, probably steel, weighs a few ounces, diamond shaped etching on outside. Painted black but is well worn. Has brand name printed along with 1/2” CTS and ASTM.
