This is my brother and I’s white whale, can’t remember enough to figure it out ourselves.

Bear with me… so we think it’s either 80’s or early 90’s, probably an action movie, and we only remember one scene at this point and only one character who is most likely an extra.

The setting is a bar or dance club maybe a pool hall, there may have been a fight there, but maybe not. All we know is he is “dancing” the whole time.

The main thing we remember is a portly man “dancing” (more undulating) against a wall. The man is directly to the right of the door as the main character(s) come in and is there when they leave. The door is on the right side of the screen. Maybe they punch him at the end? Now his “dancing” is what is memorable, because he’s just kind of wiggling against the wall (dirty dolphin) with his tongue out and he’s kind of nodding/bobbing his head wildly.

This is honestly as much as we can remember, but it’s been bugging us for at least 10 years so please help.

Fairly sure it’s not Roadhouse, JCVD movies, Seagal movies, Action Jackson, (another)48 hours, or Beverly Hills cop.

The man is most likely an extra, but going off memory he’s got a John Belushi build and haircut or Artie Lange. Pretty sure his eyes are crossed but idk if that’s accurate.
