How difficult is it to get refunds for Whatnot when scammed?

I purchased an Ohtani All Kings card from WN (not from a break) and when it was delivered it was in a non padded envelope. I was immediately worried, and when I opened it, the card that was delivered was a bulk basketball card. How easily will it be to get a refund from Whatnot? I've already requested support, and sent them a picture of the card delivered. I'm just curious how difficult it's going to be. I have video of the package before opening it to show how flimsy it was, and I have a picture of the card that was delivered. I do not have video of me opening the package though, so I guess I'm worried about them not believing me.

Thanks.
