WAB Disconnected and merged with WhatsApp Messenger

I got a notification this morning on WAB that my number was disconnected due to use of an unauthorized app (no idea what it was).

When I went to reconnect, the big green button suggested I connect my cell number, even though that was already associated with my personal WA app. It then merged all my personal chats in WAB but I lost all my previous WAB chats associated with my work number.

Now I can't unmerge them, and when I try to reconnect the WAB number, it says it isn't a valid mobile number, even though I've been using it for several month.

Customer Service is practically nonexistent with this...

I need WAB reconnected to its original number, and preferable have the chats unmerged, but it's ok if they aren't for now.

I'm not sure how to get the response bot to fix this.
