Cinderella inspired children's book with pockets filled with accessories

I had a book in England in the early 2000s which I remember being similar to Cinderella but the gimmick was that it contained lots of pockets with different accessories related to the story. I remember a glittery mask being the main one, as well as stick on earrings and hair clips that were possibly backed with velcro? I think it had a lot of pull tab and pop up pages too. It was yellow and hardback but padded and had a velcro "clasp" that kept the book closed. The whole gimmick of pockets with treasures was very similar to "The Jolly Postman" which was a favourite of mine. I don't remember a lot about the actual story, other than I think it was something along the lines of cinderella, with there being a masquerade ball? I realise this isn't a lot to go on but if anyone can remember I would be so grateful!
