Horror Book With a Creepy Covet

To be honest I remember nothing about this book other than some incredibly vivid memories of the cover. I believe it was a black cover with a picture of a young boy with a demon hand or spider of some sort emerging from his head. The boy was screaming and his face was cracked where the demon was emerging. Im fairly sure it was a book from the 90s as it had that very classic pulpy horror novel artstyle.

I vividly remember sneaking looks at this book cover despite how much it scared me as a child. I'll be so impressed of anyone can identify this book bed on the incredibly small amount I remember about it. Thank you in advance!
