Children's book about either playing inside or outside for the day

It was either a picture book or a simple children's book, likely 1980's (could be early 90's). The kids had the choice of playing inside for the day, where they play dress up, or going outside and playing in rain and mud puddles. You went to the page that had that choice. They also drank hot cocoa. There might have also been a bath.
