East Asian film??

I cannot for the life of me remember the name of this movie. I watched it in December 2024 on Thai airways flight from Europe to Asia.

It was a fairly new film, at least the cinematography seemed to be post 2015-ish?

Characters were to my knowledge East Asian, perhaps Japanese.

It was very poetic and had a sad ending. The plot seemed to be 2 college students who are both into photography, they meet and fall for each other I thinkkk- but things happened in the middle- I don’t remember what haha… each character then has their own life.

There was a point where the female main character goes on a world trip when she finds out she is ill? She takes a ton of photos during that trip.

The male main character receives a post card and goes to visit her but by that time I think she’s already passed away?
