[USA/AL] Tiny in Flour

Oh god help. Bff said there's something in the box of chocolates. These things are micro tiny, I'd guess half a needle head or like 1/2 a grain of rice long but tiny. I found some in an open (folded over) bag of flour. Please help & thanks
