[Montecito, Ca] Is this really a Western Diamondback?

Credit: Chris Caretto- photo was published in an article https://www.noozhawk.com/montecito-trail-rescues-put-rattlesnake-safety-in-focus/ as a Western Diamondback, but I would like to see other opinions. I’m thinking Mojave or Black tail. Apologies if I’m wrong for second guessing, just trying to learn.
