Novatec hub help (straighpull help)

I want to build a cheap and cheerful set of wheels for my non-disc road bike. I’m planning on DT rr411 rims (come with washers and nipples) laced using Pillar 1420 spokes.

The hubs I want to use are Novatec straight pulls. Models as511sb/fs522sb OR as61cb/fs62cb.

These seem to come on a lot of direct from China wheelbuilds. But I can find #s to use for:

front hub : flange diameter (PCD), flange distance rear hub: flange distance, spoke hole offset

If anyone has the info they used to build with these hubs that’d help me out. An option is to buy them and figure it out via Roger Ms book that I bought and used for my previous (1st) build. Another option is to pay a bunch more buying through bdop and see if they’ll give me the numbers.
