Looking for reputable suggestions and starting the process in Ohio

As the title states, I'm in Ohio and looking for good companies to use to get a chair.

I have an "off the shelf" standard wheelchair, which had been adequate for part time use. Sadly, my condition has been rapidly getting worse, so I'm wanting a well fitting, active wheelchair. The family Dr is willing write a script for "whatever equipment," if I know what to tell her However, I have no clue where to begin, and hoping someone on here can point me in the right direction.

For background, I live about equidistant to Dayton and Columbus, but when I try googling, it seems like everyone gets bad reviews. The medical equipment store in the local towns are all the same chain, which are a waste of time and money. They won't even answer questions unless you have a prescription. If the prescription is generic they will only get you an invacare or drive basic chair without measuring, with the after Medicare price being more than Amazon. When I asked about an active chair I was told they don't sell any and wouldn't suggest where to go.
