Quick and general insurance question
Hi so I’m not currently a chair using I actually use forearm crutch but I have a dynamic disability that’s causing me to look at other mobility options. I recently tried a rollator because it’s ideal for me to be able to sit down frequently. Unfortunately, I found that it doesn’t give me the same level of support while walking. I’m really trying to like the rollator because if it doesn’t end up working, my next step will probably be a wheelchair.
My question is: is it true that insurance will likely deny me if my house is not accessible? There’s 6 steps between the street and my apartment door but that’s it. Will those 6 steps really limit my insurance coverage?
