Just got done with Chapter 43 of EOTW. I might be hooked

Wow what an end. That dream was crazy. I think Rand may be “the one” out of the three. When he said to Mat, “he doesn’t know which one of us..” I think it’s Rand. Not sure Mat and Perrin have things happening to them outside of the dream like Rand has repeatedly now. But wow this series is getting really good. I might be hooked now. But what the duck!!! They’re about to go to the Blight and The Eye of The World through the Ways! If only they told Moraine about the dreams earlier, they may have not needed to go through the Ways but I mean they were still all separated but still. And what’s happening to Mat, that’s some scary shit. Rand tried to warn him to get rid of the dagger, he should have listened. I wonder if Mat knows it’s because of the dagger. As the reader, you don’t get to see what Moiraine told/did to Mat to delay the Moredth process. And dang, I still don’t know if they should be putting all their trust in Moiraine (though what choice do they have as it stands), Rand hinted at thinking Moraine is gearing up to choose one of them as a False Dragon kind of like Logain. I’m sure none of the three want that. This is crazy! Please no spoilers.

Also I’m reading and listening to Pike’s audiobook. What do y’all think of her? I do like it but some of her versions of certain characters I don’t like as much, plus I feel like her normal voice isn’t gritty enough for certain “edge of your seat” parts so therefore I feel like I’m not getting the maximum experience at these times. Although she was excellent in that dream especially the “die,die,die” part. Literal chills. What do y’all think? Should I just push on thru? I definitely want to stay listening. I just think her voice may be too elegant for a series that deals with so much seriousness. I like her for many great reasons and I’ve hesrd R&K are truly awful so rather not chance them if I don’t have to.
