Is there a good site/app for finding similar whiskeys?

Sorry if this has been asked before but is there an app or website where I can put in whiskeys I drink and like and it suggests others with similar profiles? Just looking for something for my old man for Christmas and I know what he drinks but don't want to get him something new without risking him hating it!

Edit: specifically looking for Scottish single malt or thinks in that vein as I'm UK based and he has specific tastes!
