Need help for graduation gift!

Hi my brother is graduating very soon and he likes whiskey, I wanted to get a custom engraved whiskey set with a decanter which I found. I really need help finding a very nice bottle of whiskey somewhere in the $200-$300 price range I heard about the jonnie Walker blue label but saw a lot of bad reviews, any suggestions and help would be fantastic!!
