Time to update my razor, please advise.

EDIT: Thank you all for your helpful suggestions. After some deliberation, I've ordered myself a Merkur 34c, and I'm looking forward to it arriving in a few days' time.

Thanks again, all. I appreciate your help.

Hi all, some background first:

I used to wet shave with a cheap-as-possible plastic-handled safety razor I bought in Boots (a UK pharmacy chain. Probably THE UK pharmacy chain), then used a shavette for a little while until it got stolen.

After that I decided I liked having facial hair, and I do look better with it. I was trimming the length and edges with an electric trimmer.

Recently I'm leaning back towards using the DE for trimming neck and cheeks, mainly because I like the process and I like using brushes, soaps and aftershaves, plus I have the time.

The time has come to replace that crappy safety razor with something a little nicer. Something with some real weight, and a bit more pleasing to hold and look at than black plastic, but not breaking the bank.

So, I'm seeing good reviews of a brand called Baili.

I'm seeing a couple of decent reviews of the King C. Gillette one.

Which should I go for?

(I'm not willing to spend very much more than those options cost, I'm not in a position to do so.)

I appreciate any advice, and thanks for your time!

EDIT: I'll add that I am using Wilkinson Sword blades, I like them.

I am currently using Taylor's of Old Bond Street Tobacco Leaf soap, I enjoy it a lot, I also like their Sandalwood.

I'll probably grab a new brush at some point, but my current one feels good and works well, so it's not a priority.
