Excitebots, City Folk, and Brawl won't transfer to my SDHC card.

Can I transfer Wii save data in increments, or does it all have to be done in one fell swoop. Save data downloaded directly on the Wii's built-in storage doesn't get deleted during transfer process, right?

Because it's all on the SD card, right?

Help.
