Update hanging on 100%?

Anyone else having this problem? Every time i turn on the game it says it needs to update, go to google play and update, gets to 100% and then nothing. No initializing, no install, and it just keeps doing it over and over like 7 times. Ive restarted. Cant think of what could be wrong without just uninstalling the whole ass game.
