100% Active Time on Disk

Just bought a new laptop ( just over a month). Everything was working fine but about 2 days ago, the active time of disk is at 100% most of the time without even reading or writing anything.

The things I remembered doing before this happened are uninstalling MiFlash Tool, uninstalling McAfee (which is included in the laptop, uninstalled it because the trial ran out.), and activating the Windows Defender.

I tried common solutions like disabling windows search and superfetch, going back to a restore point(just before uninstalling MiFlash), deactivating the Windows Defender.

I don't know what to do now. Even browsing is slow and using the laptop is pretty much a hassle more than anything.
