Attempting to update to 20xxx builds on my Atom tablet kicks me to recovery

Hey all,

Hopefully someone can help because I'm at my wits end, I've tried installing via WU, installing via a USB stick, installing via ISO, and even copied straight to the tablet's eMMC.

Upon reboot to finish installation, I get kicked to WinRE and my internal storage is unavailable (the SD slot on the same SD Host Controller works fine though). I had even attempted to install chipset drivers during setup but still could not find my internal storage. Booting from install media made for the newer builds, have the same effect.

I can reboot and go back into my previous build fine, but can't upgrade to the past three builds. I did attempt to perform a clean install of the newer builds to no avail.

I don't understand, it's only been the past few builds, previous ones have installed fine and the tablet still operates normally other than the build expiration notice, so it's not the eMMC Controller.
