PSA: If your 950XL won't wirelessly charge, check the pogo pins (fix?)
Over the past few months I'd been having increasing trouble getting a 950XL to wirelessly charge. It'd not charge sufficiently when on the plate (going in & out of charge mode), or wouldn't detect the plate at all.
It appears the pogo pins that connect the charging coil to the phone can fail and cause this issue.
[Here you can see](https://i.imgur.com/icLBKwr.jpg) the involved pins (gold) aren't springing to the same height as they should. Gently pushing/rubbing a pin that's stuck down may or may not restore its spring action. I was able to prove the failing pin is why this particular device isn't taking wireless charge, but I don't have a permanent fix to share yet.
I'd love to hear specific suggestions for a permanent fix. If you'd tried something and it works, please share!
*Update: If anyone has a 950 can you please comment if it has the same type of pogo pins as I've shown? I suspect this problem affects the 950 as well; it'd be good to know.*
*Update update: /u/FarhanAxiq confirmed the Lumia 950 uses the same kind of pins. So I checked a 950 that was having trouble w/ wireless charging and a similar problem was occurring.*
