How do I fix Supermuim not making web apps correctly on Windows XP?

Hi, So for some reason, Supermuim will not create any icons for web apps on pc and the only way to open an app is to go to the webstie and then click "Open in app" Which defeats the enite purpose of web apps. Please help me fix this.
