Question - Odd thing in my glass

Hello! Total novice here and not sure what info to give you but I just finished a glass of wine from a bottle that was opened three days ago and saved with a wine stopper.

I’ve never seen this before but there’s something that looks almost like cherry stems or something in the bottom of the glass. Anybody have any clue what it might be? My fiancée poured me the glass and it was the last of that bottle. She didn’t notice anything coming out of the bottle when she poured it and the bottle has nothing in it now.

Any info is appreciated. I don’t think I ingested any but have no clue if I should even be concerned!
