The IT side of wine cellars. Questions in text. Thanks!

Brand new in home cellar. Humidity and temperature controlled. It has a capacity of 1500 bottles with room for 8 people at the tasting tables.

On the hardware side, would like to install a touch screen type of system that includes bar code scanning for inventory control.

On the software side, would like something that tracks inventory, ranks prime drinkability, and records tasting notes.

Everything found online seems to be geared toward commercial/retail use.

Does anyone have any suggestions? The hardware would be installed in cellar, so, the climate should be ok for electronics, shouldn't it?
