Is 3 year old wine in fridge ok to drink?

I have a massive industrial sized fridge that I had put a bottle of nice wine in. It was all the way in the back and had probably been there for 2+ years. It is corked and never opened and even has foil over the cork. I took it out around a month ago and it’s been on my counter looking at me since. Would it be ok to drink it? Would there be issues? I’m sure the taste would be different but would there be any dangers or massive changes in the chemistry of the wine? Thanks!
