Sizing down foils, once and forever?

Over the summer I have gone from a front foil 1125MA, to an 800HA foil, and I’ve also downsized my stabilizers accordingly.

Would there ever be any reason to go back to a larger, more stabile foil setup?

Is light wind the only reason to have a very large foil?

How many foils is a good quiver? One for every size hand wing?
