Naproxen (500MG) & Clindamycin (300MG)

I got one wisdom tooth extracted today (upper right) 5hrs ago and it has already stopped bleeding. Received my prescription and it's to take 1 of these each every 8-12 hours, Naproxen (500) & Clindamycin (300). Strangely enough, I am already having head-splitting headaches from the extraction. However, these two are not on my list for "usually prescribed with a tooth extraction" and I am wondering if taking them will achieve the desired effect of relief?
