Spells to help a loved one pass on

I’ve been busy on healing magick for the past two months but now it is time to let go. If I were present I would know what to do but I’m not allowed at the hospital. I’ve never assisted someone on their deathbed from a distance. Anyone experienced on this matter who could give me some tips? Much appreciated.
