On how the armor looks

I think it was a lot better looking in TW2, more witcher-y. Kinda find it hard to believe that Geralt would wear some completely metal made armor(the nilfgaard ones for example), i mean how do you roll/dodge in that. Sure it's looks are more realistic, you wont just find "witcher" armor everywhere. Thoughts?
