Plot Holes?

In the the witcher three there is so much detail and a lot of different outcomes, but are there any plot holes? Even in times where they lack different outcomes they have a good cover that makes where you'd never notice without playing multiple playthroughs. For example, if you send Kiera to Kaer Morhen early she will arrive at the same time as if you were to sent her there when you are trying to find allies to fight the wild hunt, and she will say she went the made a wrong turn no matter what. Seeing that CD project red tried so hard making the game's story flawless, I wouldn't be shocked if there aren't any plot holes at all. So if you happen to know any please let me know.
