Question for the older wizards

I sold a thief a magical artifact a few weeks back that helped him score a mother load of gold. He said he wanted to take me out on the town to thank me, and for whatever reason, I took him up on his offer. It was probably a terrible idea since he was a goblin, but whatever. Long story short, I met someone and I'm worried about her having magically gifted half goblin babies. Do I need to take special precautions or would all of the negative energy coursing through my veins from Necromancy prevent conception?
