Party comp help

My main (lv30) party is

Lana, MC, Debra

Yeka, Alice, Abenius

I have Gerard, Adam, and Gerulf too, but only Gerard is properly built.

I recently flipped Debra to the frontline because I got a purple 4* dagger. It's first stat was 10 Evasion. When it hit +5, it doubled to 20 (extremely lucky). So now she's sitting at 82 Evasion, which is great considering I've only gone through a few floors in the port town.

Debra used to be my bow user, so I figured switching Abenius to a bow would be great since as a fighter, she has higher STR. Her preemptive attack does not work with bows. So I'm not sure what to do here.

Lana is currently a 2H sword user, MC is a sword and board user. Neither is married to a weapon like Debra is. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
