A take on 6RR, 6RR+ and Ignition

I've seen the arguments and various opinions of Asia getting WMSI/WMMT and the unhappiness of people not getting 6RR+ for Asia servers. So I supposed I'd break it down which of the 3 versions we have right now are good, but it's my take so some of you may agree or disagree, I don't care.

6RR The game version we have right now. It's already decent in all aspects, nothing wrong with it. Sure nothing has changed from 5dx+ besides a few changes. This game is already good for now and will be for the time being. Even though some of ya'll complain about the lack of content, at least be grateful we still have OCM and some upcoming new events so that Namco can silence the shit ton of fucking noise-pollution that you shits have been causing.

6RR+ The version that Japan currently uses. And as someone who has travelled to Japan and tried it for myself, I'm grateful SEA/Oceania doesn't even get this version. To start off, the wheelspin at the start is horrible. You lose a few milliseconds because your dumbass car gets inflicted with it for being below 150kmh (or lesser, it's been 9-10 months since I last used my Rx7 data on 6RR+ and I have forgotten when it kicks in). This alone ruins several blocking techniques, jam-braking and brake-block matches that some 6RR players do. The only upsides this game has in my own opinion are several new cars like the S660 which could be the R2's new rival you can say, alongside finally being able to choose the S2000 from the lineup now (yay I don't have to spend my entire bank account just for a N Rank S2000 data yay..... stfu). Other than that, all I will say is the idiots wishing for this trash are probably larpers who only play the game for clout and know only the R32, Evo9, FD, SVX, R34, Rx-8... etc or people who are desperate for new content and glaze that trash after playing 6RR for only 1-2 years.

WMSI/WMMTI/WMMT7 Played this game during the test preview at Timezone ORX1 using the Rx7. All I can say is you will have to adapt to several new changes. I know the game is not finalised but there's a few changes I could give a opinion on. Steering wheel is slightly smaller than the 4-6RR generation wheels and the steering angle is deeper (270 > 330), which may require you to turn 5-20 degrees more to match 6RR's level of steering (this one gotta be tested by ya'll, it's just my experience only and I can't force a judgement on you guys) when taking corners. Car lineup is cool, we have the FL5 (the silliest car when playing C1 inward loop, also first FF Layout car in maxitune series that is playable), 2nd Gen BRZ, GR Yaris and 400z which SEA/Oceania didn't get cuz no 6RR+ thank god. Physics overall may vary depending on what you're driving and your own opinion, I'm nobody to judge. The H-Shifter feels slightly adjusted further in my opinion and the screens are bigger now (obviously) which is somewhat okay? I don't know.

Conclusion: It's up to you to decide which one you prefer, all I will say is best not to play 6RR+ if you even get the chance to and just go play IDAC if you're in Japan. 6RR+ may be cheap but the experience will be a nut-kicker if you even spawn into a Pro-Lobby VS. You're better off playing IDAC, since you can bring over your SEA/Oceania data to Japan cabs and nothing changes overall besides cheaper prices. It's no different if you play 6RR+ in Japan cuz there will still be slammers (yea you thought you could escape them from your country? Well too fucking bad), and IDAC saves you 6400¥ from fully tuning your car. You're probably not gonna even finish ur 6RR+ car's tuning if you ain't visiting the arcade every day on your holiday trip there so no point even so. Like I said, it's up to you to decide and I won't judge. Feel free to criticise, I don't give one shit at all, rant all you want to and you'll either be clowned on or agreed with.
