Wok seasoning keep "deglazing"

Hello, a to while ago I bought my first wok and for the life of me I can't get the seasoning to stick. Whenever I make a sauce it strips it to bare metal again. I've followed multiple guides on seasoning [this](https://youtu.be/6gG-RrxEK04) being the one I used last. I also sanded and polished the wok, but the seasoning was coming off before that too. The wok does get non stick and works for frying, but if I add any liquid the seasoning gets ruined. Is this just how it is or did I get a shitty wok?
