Breaking point

What to do once you've reached your breaking point? Genuine question.

I'm so fed up with how I'm being treated by management at my current job, and HR is a crapshoot that I don't trust. I'm in the process of looking for a new job and leaving the one I'm in.

I just need help making it bearable for the next month or so until I can quietly see myself out. I'm sick of walking on eggshells and being treated like shit whenever I'm less than perfect. I'm sick of being held to a higher standard than all of my male coworkers. Some days I'm barely trusted to breathe in the same direction as the equipment I work on, and some days I'm given unreasonable tasks with a high risk of something breaking despite a lack of training or supervision.

I sick of the disrespect, the belittling, and all of the good work I do being taken for granted. I'm not a very assertive person, but I'm done being treated like garbage.
