A little help with clearance

Hi folks, our place came with this great wood burning stove and I’m filling out the questionnaire for our insurance carrier and wanted to know if anyone sees anything that they would give me a hard time about. I’m mostly concerned about the rear clearance to the stone. The stone is a type of granite block with cinder block behind it that the thimble passes through and has been this way since the 80’s.

Also anyone recognize this unit or brand? We could not find a data plate. Any help is much appreciated!
