Couple of questions about flexible plywood.
So, just a little background I did a two year school learning woodworking, ended up 6 months in the industry before learning that I have an allergy to the glue they use in plywood/MDF (We used mostly plain wood at school) so switched field. Now five years later with some spare income I'm looking at doing a project or two as a hobby.
I want to make some bendy panel, I need it thin, resistant and to hold it's shape on it's own, flexible plywood seemed like the best bet for such a job, I've used it once to do the backing of a desk but I had support I could nail and glue upon, so it held it's shape that way, here on this project nothing will hold it. From what I know gluing two pieces of flexible plywood on top of each other in a mold with the desired shape and left in press overnight should make it keep it's shape once released, but I would like to not have to deal with that if possible, anyone used that material and know a secret trick, the finished piece is going to have veneer applied to it if that helps.
