Workshop Non-Negotiables

I was watching a woodworking video on youtube a week or two ago(likely Four Eyes Furniture, but it could have been Wittworks). They had went through a list of items that were non-negotiable in their workshop. List is as follows: 1. Safety first. 2. Clean shop EOD. 3. Woodshop not storage. 4. Tools must be sharp & maintained. 5. Maximize efficiency.

I love this list, but couldn't help thinking there could be more. What are some others that you've set or would like to set for your workshop?
