We're playing Secret Santa, what are some fun ways to exchange presents?

In my country we play Secret Santa in September and you always know who you are gifting to. We always trade gifts at work, but this time my boss wants a new dynamic, instead of each just handing the gift to the other.

What are some entertaining ways to spice up the gift exchange? We're open to online free tools, if anyone knows one.
