Help me decide what to do

So, I currently have a job working 12 hour shifts making 14.75/hr. I get 8 hrs overtime each check. I have a job offer for 8 hour shifts at 15.50/hr with NO overtime. The 12 hr shift job, I dont work as many days, but the pay isn't as much as the job offer I got. Help me decide. 1 job is in healthcare and if the next shift don't show up, I'm stuck til somebody shows up. The job offer is in retail and you go home when ir shifts over, no problems. Which would be best???
