I recently started a housekeeping job. It’s just above minimum wage ( uk) 🇬🇧 and I’ve been so tempted to leave after only a month due to my supervisor being a micromanager, she. Nit picks constantly, What would you do.

My supervisor is a micromanager, can’t help but criticise, be negative, complains when we help each other when she’s got a day off. She’s rude and seems to enjoy humiliating me. I’ve spoken to her several times but it never seems to improve despite the fact she apologises. I genuinely think she’s a good person but a very bad leader with poor communication skills….. I don’t strictly need the job but do have some financial goals which would be a great bonus…. My mental health is ok so far and I’ve got the sense to tell her….. would you leave or stay to fulfill your goals.
