Candidate moves to Screen inconsistently appearing on recruiter timeline

Hi everyone—

Our recruiter has noticed that when a hiring manager moves a candidate to Screen, the action does not always appear on the recruiter timeline. However, the change is visible under **Overview → Application Changes**.

This has been inconsistent across requisitions and I cannot replicate the issue in sandbox.
