Any moms freelancing? I have questions

I never planned on being a stay at home mom, but I was laid off and didn’t have any prospects for a while so I did that for the last year. Now I have 2 freelance clients for video projects, and about 35 hours of work a week.

I’m drowning. I have day care, but I’m the one doing drop offs and pick ups since my hubby works longer days in an office than day care is available. All last week I kept forgetting something essential that I was supposed to take to daycare; paperwork, wipes, her coat.

I’m getting the work done, but I’m lacking in client communication. I have questions for them but I not able to send emails until after normal office working hours, and that just feels unprofessional to me, so I’ve been scheduling them to send at 8am the next day. I need to do admin work (invoices, etc), but I’m still learning how things work as a freelancer and I’m not up to par for my own standards.

Is this imposter syndrome that I’m feeling? How is everyone juggling things? Today I had no daycare available so I’ll probably be doing 8 hours of work into the night, and I have a full week of running around and working on-location with clients starting tomorrow.
