If you only had 30 minutes in your home gym, how would you structure your workout?

One of the biggest advantages of working out at home is not having to spend extra time driving to the gym.

But even with equipment nearby, finding enough time for a complete workout can be challenging.

Let's say you have 30 minutes and access to a power rack, adjustable bench, dumbbells, and a cable system.

Would you focus on a few compound movements, use supersets, or train one muscle group per session?

I'm interested in how people make shorter home workouts effective without rushing through every exercise.

What would your ideal 30-minute routine look like?
