What countries could "substitute" for China as the "main" exporter of goods in the world?

Let me get this out of the way first, as this kind of sets the stage for my setting: before the current time of my space setting of a prohect I am calling No Free Rides, China has a civil war sometime in the 21st century, which ends up dividing China. Again. Because there was a civil war happening in China (I know, it's totally unrealistic that the great People's Republic of China would devolve into civil war just like their ancestors did for the past few hundred years), every export product that was made in China was neither being made nor exported, thanks to a few people going all yellow turban during that time. This leads us back to the dumb topic of today: who would be the "substitute" for China while China is ~~in the shitter~~ recovering from political reformation?
