Is enhance shaman worth even trying?

Hit rival last season for transmog set with relative ease and I'm on my fourth consecutive shuffle queue going 1-5 this season. I don't know what they changed but I've tried phys builds, tried elementalist, tried thorims, and copied the top builds on murlok.io. I feel like I hit like a wet noodle and have the same issue as always of being way too squishy. Any general tips? Found a build that's working?
